I have had the pleasure of having Saru as the Science teacher for my 13-year-old daughter since the start of the year. We wanted more structure in my daughter's learning.
Saru has been instrumental in providing this structure. She is a conscientious teacher who makes sure that new topics are introduced in a manner that the student finds interesting and not too onerous. She uses plenty of audio-visual tools that make the learning experience interesting and interactive. I also appreciate the fact that she encourages the student to perform practical activities and experiments which provide first hand insight into the learning experience. Saru has an incredibly positive attitude towards teaching. She does regular assessments making sure that the student has grasped the subject matter correctly and provides constructive feedback which helps the student develop their learning further.
